Personal Therapy

Music Therapy For You

Making music will be a central part of the therapeutic process, in order to provide a new way to express yourself and work with the issues which have brought you to therapy. This process is something that can also be talked about.  You do not need to be a musician or musically skilled in order to engage.

Music therapy can involve improvised play on instruments, songwriting, singing, composition and listening to music.

All musical instruments and resources are provided. Sessions are also available online.

If you would like to explore music therapy further please email or phone  to arrange an initial consultation session.
